Because of this thousands of trees are cut down each year,
yet far less are ever replaced. The temperate woodlands are
one of the most endangered ecosystems in the world today.
Just by planting a tree we will re-establish our countryside
and woodlands and help our children to develop a fresh
love of nature and thus the aspiration to take action.
