National Film Awards 2013 Announced

The 60th National Film Awards of the year 2013 has been announced today at New Delhi.  Paan Singh Tomar won the best film award, the movie was directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. While Irfan Khan won the Best actor award for his performance in this film. Vikram Ghokhale shared the best actor award with Irfan Khan. Marathi Actress Usha Yadav won the best actress award.

Malayalam industry bagged 13 awards in the 60th National Award. Usthad Hotel shared the Peoples Choice Award with Vicky Donor.

Best Children’s Film : Dekh Indian Circus

Best Director : Shivaji Lotan patil (Dhag)(Marathi)

Best Actor : Irfan Khan (Paan Singh Thomar) & Vikram Ghokhale (Anumati)

Best Director (Newcomer ) :  Sidharth Siva (101 Chodyangal)

Best Malayalam Film : Celluloid

Best Supporting Actress : Kalpana (Tanichalla Njan)
Best Dialougue : Anjali Menon (Usthad Hotel)

National Integration Film : Tanichalla Njan (Babu Thiruvalla)

Best Background Music : Bijilal (kaliyachan)

Best Child Artist : Minan (101 Chodyangal)

Best Singer (Male ) : Shankar Mahadevan
